What We Do

Our Programs

Eight thematic pillars, built from the needs communities identify themselves — and designed to outlast the funding that starts them.

Education

Pre-primary and primary education services, plus school-based vocational skills for older children, in remote rural Sidama Zone.

Health & HIV/AIDS

HIV/AIDS prevention, school clubs, and community-based care and support programs across Shebedino and Wondo Genet.

Water & Sanitation

Hand-dug wells, extension schemes, and well rehabilitation bringing potable water to tens of thousands of rural residents.

Livelihoods & Economic Empowerment

Sisal processing, grain milling, micro-enterprise, and savings & credit services for youth, women, and elderly community members.

Urban Development

The Integrated Urban Development Program renovated homes, created income-generating kitchens, and delivered sanitation infrastructure.

Emergency Relief

Drought relief distributing food, seeds, and farm tools across four woredas in Sidama and neighboring zones.

Environmental Protection

Volunteer groups organized around fuel-saving stoves, watershed management, and honey production.

Governance & Civic Engagement

Conflict mitigation and peacebuilding, social accountability, and support for credible elections and national dialogue processes.
